These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, purchase of our products, and any services provided by us. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Qatar.

General

  • The Company is legally registered and operates in the State of Qatar, dealing in falconry, hunting, camping equipment, and bird/animal tracking devices.
  • These Terms apply to all sales, deliveries, and services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • By using our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Compliance with Qatari Law

  • All products and services are offered in compliance with the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase and use of hunting or falconry-related equipment is lawful under Qatari law and any relevant permits or licenses are obtained.
  • Products intended for tracking birds and animals must only be used in accordance with local wildlife, environmental, and telecommunications regulations.

Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are inclusive/exclusive of VAT as per Qatari tax laws (where applicable).
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be communicated on our website or invoice.

Delivery

  • Deliveries are made within Qatar and to other countries where permitted.
  • Delivery times are estimates only. The Company will not be liable for delays outside its control.
  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only in accordance with the Company’s return policy, compliant with Qatari consumer protection laws.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned within [insert number] days of purchase along with proof of purchase.
  • Certain products such as tracking devices may not be eligible for return once activated.

Product Use and Safety

Warranty

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by Qatari law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
  • The Company’s total liability in respect of any product will not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, product images, and descriptions, are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.
  • No part of the website or materials may be reproduced without prior written consent.

Privacy and Data Protection

Customer information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations of the State of Qatar.

Force Majeure

The Company will not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and shall take effect immediately upon publication.
