We value our customers and strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds will be accepted in compliance with the Qatar Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 2008 and subsequent updates).
General Return Conditions
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided that they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer will not be eligible for return.
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Activated and registered bird/animal tracking devices (see Section 3 below).
- Opened food or bait products.
- Customized or special-order items.
Tracking Devices – Special Conditions
Once a tracking device has been activated and registered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Exceptions apply only in the case of:
- Manufacturer defects, confirmed after inspection by our technical team.
- Devices that fail to function as intended despite proper usage.
- If a manufacturer fault is confirmed, the device will either be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the Company’s discretion in compliance with Qatari law.
Defective or Faulty Products
Customers must notify the Company of any defect within 3 days of delivery or collection.
The product will be inspected, and if found faulty due to manufacturing or supplier error, the Company will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications will not be covered.

Customers must provide:
- Order number or invoice
- Reason for return
- Product in original packaging
Approved returns must be delivered back to the Company’s location at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to a manufacturer fault or Company error.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days of product inspection.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Governing Law
This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
