Return & Refund Policy

We value our customers and strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds will be accepted in compliance with the Qatar Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 2008 and subsequent updates).

General Return Conditions

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided that they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer will not be eligible for return.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are found defective at the time of purchase:
  • Activated and registered bird/animal tracking devices (see Section 3 below).
  • Opened food or bait products.
  • Customized or special-order items.

Tracking Devices – Special Conditions

  • Once a tracking device has been activated and registered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Exceptions apply only in the case of:

    • Manufacturer defects, confirmed after inspection by our technical team.
    • Devices that fail to function as intended despite proper usage.
  • If a manufacturer fault is confirmed, the device will either be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the Company’s discretion in compliance with Qatari law.

Defective or Faulty Products

  • Customers must notify the Company of any defect within 3 days of delivery or collection.

  • The product will be inspected, and if found faulty due to manufacturing or supplier error, the Company will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications will not be covered.

  • Customers must provide:

    • Order number or invoice
    • Reason for return
    • Product in original packaging
  • Approved returns must be delivered back to the Company’s location at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to a manufacturer fault or Company error.

Refund Timeline

  •  Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days of product inspection.

  •  Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
